An easy way to get their support is to do a direct poll on specific issues that you want feedback via social media. For example a poll on Facebook is easy to implement and the more you interact with your followers the more often you show up in their stream. The poll can focus on a menu item that you think might be past its relevance or how you organize your TVs for Sunday football.
The goal is to learn what your guests want and then review how your operations can deliver it.
